ABC's of Play

Learning the alphabet can be tricky, but it can also be fun! Increase your knowledge and your vocabulary all while getting up and staying active. Each link in the chain will have a word starting with the next letter in the alphabet. Take the chance to learn a new word or idea, then scan the QR Code for a link to a related activity to do together! 

Here's How You Do It:

  •      Print off our KidsFit alphabet
  •      Construct your paper chain
  •      Pull one link a day to learn a new letter, a new word. 
  •      Follow along with the movement OR activity on the QR Code

 

Suggestions for ways to complete the movement: 

  • Rookie (Ages 2-5): 2 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest
  • Pro (Ages 6-8): 3 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest
  • All-Star (Ages 9+): 4 Rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest
