Circuit Circus

Today we are learning about interval training. Interval training builds strength and endurance quickly and make workouts more fun.

We will have 4 stations. Each station we will complete 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds rest before moving onto the next station. After we complete each station, we will repeat the circuit 2 more times.


  1. Push-ups
    • For advanced exercisers these can be performed on the floor, otherwise I suggest using the stairs, or counter top to do the exercise with good form and improve strength
  2. Lunge
    • Please use a study table or counter to help balance when needed.
  3. Shoulder Bridge
  4. Plank Twist
    • Please drop to your knees if needed.

PRO TIP: Remember to go at your own pace. If you want to challenge yourself, keep track of your total repetitions so that the next time you do this workout you can try to improve your personal score.
