Sometimes, when we set BIG goals, change takes time and hard work! If we take each goal day by day and step by step, change won’t seem as hard. Use our KidsFit Goal-A-Thon to help with this process!
- Set a goal for the month.
- Color in a triangle each time you do something that helps you get closer to reaching your goal.
- Look back at end of the month to see just how far you've come.
- Do one thing, big or small, every day until you have made the change you set a goal for!
