How to do Modified Push-Ups
Push-ups help you strengthen your arms and your chest. If you do push-ups well and often you will see great benefits to your whole body.
- Kneel on the floor and place your hands on the floor about as wide as your shoulders, with your fingers pointing forward.
- Maintain a ‘flat back’ and lower your body towards the floor.
- As you lower your body keep your elbows close to your side.
- When your chest almost touches the floor, push your body up until your arms are fully extended.
Quality over quantity! If push-ups are easy on your knees, go ahead and try a few on your toes. Just remember to maintain your form.
