How To Do Super Burpees
I like to call these Super Burpees, because they are super hard.
Super Burpees are an even more difficult version of the modified burpee and the burpee.
- Starting in a standing position, bend down and place your hands on the floor
- Jump your feet back to a push up position and lower your body down to the floor
- Push your body back up and jump your feet back to your hands
- Stand up and jump with arms overhead
