How To Do Super Burpees

I like to call these Super Burpees, because they are super hard.

Super Burpees are an even more difficult version of the modified burpee and the burpee.

  1. Starting in a standing position, bend down and place your hands on the floor
  2. Jump your feet back to a push up position and lower your body down to the floor
  3. Push your body back up and jump your feet back to your hands
  4. Stand up and jump with arms overhead

CHALLENGE YOURSELF: How many Super Burpees can you do 30 seconds!
