How to Squat
Squats strengthen your legs. They help you get in and out of your chair, ride faster on your bike and jump higher.
How to Squat:
- Start with your feet shoulder width apart.
- Push your bottom back and bend your knees.
- Squat as low as you can without letting your knees go in front of your toes.
- Push up through your heels, while squeezing your bottom.
Start doing 10 squats per day when you wake up in the morning. It will energize you for the day!
