I Spy Strong Bones

Did you know that calcium helps keep your bones healthy and strong? Calcium can be found in many foods such as milk, yogurt, and cheese, as well as spinach, kale, and broccoli. Use the I Spy Strong Bones worksheet to find all of the foods that have calcium! 

Here's How You Do It!

  1. Print off “I Spy Strong Bones” worksheet
  2. Use the photo bank to find the best calcium rich foods on the page
  3. Circle each food you find in the collage!
