Here’s How You Do It!
- Print the Just Push Play activity tracker.
- Find the recommended time for your fitness level.
- Complete as many rounds of the circuit as you possibly can!
- Record the number of rounds you completed.
- Repeat the circuit once a day for ten days to build consistency and time management!
