Living Limber means to have flexibility. Flexibility is being able to bend without breaking. In our bodies, this means to be able to change position easily without getting hurt. To do this, we need to stretch our muscles so that we can move in lots of different ways.
Your body isn’t the only thing that is flexible. Did you know that your brain can be flexible, too? A healthy and flexible brain is creative and good at problem solving. We can “flex” the way we think to get better at this!
