Park Bench Workout

Try our park bench circuit to get up and get active outdoors!
Here's How You Do It:
1. With a parent or friend, find your nearest park bench
2. Learn the movements
3. Complete 3 Rounds:
- Bench Step Ups x 10 each
- Single Leg Bench RDL x 8 each
- Bench Incline Push-ups x 8
- Bench Dips x 10
- Bench Plank x 30 seconds
4. Have Fun!
