Staying Hydrated

It’s important to drink lots of water. Water helps your body. Sometimes if you’re tired it can be because you haven’t drunk enough water!

  1. Drink lots of water all day long.
  2. Drink a glass of water 10 to 20 minutes before you work out.
  3. Drink at least a glass of water after you work out.
