Dominate the Details

We’re going to dominate the details with this training session and focus in on some skills that often go unnoticed: core stability and hand-eye coordination. These are both important sport specific skills that don’t get practiced as much as others but are just as important. They’ll help you in any sport especially ones like basketball, softball, or football.

This video will help you build your core strength through stability exercises, so you have a strong and stable core to move from.

Then you’ll practice and improve your hand-eye coordination with a fun activity that will test your focus through your catching and dribbling abilities

All You Need:

  • 2 tennis balls
  • A wall to bounce them off

Here's How You Do It:

  1. Find your space to practice
  2. Follow along with the video
  3. Try your best, focus, and have fun!
