Hip Mobility Madness
This training session is all about your hips. The hips are the base for all the speed and power we produce when we’re moving and playing sports. So, it’s important to train them to make them strong, but we also have to keep them healthy. We are going to do this by practicing mobility and expand our hips’ range of motion.
After we warm up with a mobility circuit to, we’ll get our heart rate up and put the muscles in our hips to use with power circuit focused on jumping!
