This training session is all about turning lower body strength into some lower body power.
Power Jump will help you build your jumping mechanics first, then pick up the intensity to build power and explosiveness.
In this workout we’re going to practice broad jumps, lateral jumps, and vertical jumps. Each jump will start on two legs before we move onto jumping from one leg for a full range of activity.
