Speed & Acceleration
When it comes to sports, one of the best skills you can have is speed. If you can move fast you can play well. In many sports, like basketball, baseball, or football, you need to be able to go from a full stop to full speed. The ability to do this quickly is called acceleration!
This training session is all about acceleration and getting up to your full speed as quickly as you can. Follow along for a fun activity that’ll challenge you from a bunch of different starting positions to get up and move fast.
