Heres how you do it!:
- Print off our Movement Tracker
- Each time you complete 5 minutes of movement, fill in a section of the stopwatch
- Once your stopwatch is all filled in, submit your challenge HERE
- Try Laminating your worksheet to complete the challenge again!
