Here’s how you do it:
- Print out the Hy-Vee KidsFit Chore Chart
- Write down the daily tasks your parents would like you to help with
- Write down the weekly tasks you will do
- If your family has rewards or an allowance, your family can decide what you would like those to be
- Each day/week that you complete a task, mark off the star on the chore chart
- Complete your chores each day to build life skills you can use in the future
Pro tip: laminate the chore chart challenge to keep reusing it each week
