Leading up to the holidays can be stressful. Do you know adding in more movement into your days can be a huge stress-relief?

Try these daily movement challenges leading up to your holiday celebration. Add additional movements as the anticipation of your holiday is approaching.

Here's How You Do It:

  1. Print the Challenge worksheet.
  2. Review the movements and modifications:
    1. Jingle Jacks Modification: Seated Jingle Jacks
    2. Squats Modification: Seated Squats
    3. Plank Twists Modification: Seated Plank Twists
    4. Snow Tube Touch Modification: Seated Snow Tube Touch
    5. Mountain Climbers Modification: Seated Mountain Climbers
    6. Pikes Modification: Overhead Stretch
    7. Ski Jumps Modification: Seated Ski Jumps
    8. Sit Ups Modification: Seated Plank
    9. Snow Surfers Modification: Seated Snow Surfers
    10. Bun Kickers Modification: Cross Punches
    11. Lunges Modification: Seated Lunges
    12. Shoulder Taps Modification: Seated Plank Shoulder Taps
  3. Complete 25 repetitions of each movement daily, building on as you go.
    • For Example:
    • Day 1 - 25 Jingle Jacks
    • Day 2 - 25 Jingle Jacks + 25 Squats
    • Day 3 - 25 Jingle Jacks + 25 Squats + 25 Plank Twist
    • Continue to add onto each day!
