Set yourself up for success:

  2. Eat the right foods to refuel your body after each workout. The food we choose can help speed up or delay recovery. Checkout which nutrients you should focus on throughout the challenge.
  3. Learn the importance of heart health. Making heart smart choices at a young age is the first step to building habits that will last into adulthood.
